The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Zambia in Rome provides a range of services to Zambian nationals and foreign nationals, in line with Zambian laws and regulations. Services include passport and travel document applications, consular registration, emergency assistance, notarial services, and guidance on civil status documents.

Office Hours and Appointments

The Consular Section operates by appointment during official office hours. Applicants are encouraged to book appointments in advance and ensure that all required documentation is complete.

The Embassy may adjust office hours on Zambian and Italian public holidays, which will be communicated via the News & Events section.
